JC PENNEY~~ Get a $10/$10 coupon When you Sign Up for Newsletter

Sign up for the JcPenney newsletter and you'll get a $10/$10 coupon in the mail from time to time. They just sent out a new round of those coupons so go ahead and sign up and maybe you'll get one soon!   I love when you get these in the mail, makes for some great inexpensive items!
