Denny's is a favorite of ours for breakfast when we go on vacation, so I try to gather plenty of coupons for them when I know we are headed towards one. I usually love Denny's. They just opened one in my town, so me & my daughter went there last night. Horrible! We waited 25 minutes just to get waited on. The pancakes were so dry. I was very disappointed.

Wow- that is terrible. Did you talk to the manager of the Denny's you were at? They usually like feedback-good or bad- right away so they can deal with any concerns or problems. It could be a case of new staff not quite used to the busy restaurant scene. If you didn't mention it then, don't feel bad about calling up and voicing your concerns. If they are a good manager, they will thank you and hopefully take care of it.
